Humane Economy
Prologue
Humane Economy is a Protocol by Humane Standards, aiming to help Families around the world Coexist with each other in Peace.
Economía which is the Greek root of the word Economy is not about money or material gains. In fact, it is based on the words Ecos ‘House’ + Nemein which means ‘to Manage, to Distribute’. In short, the word means Household Management.
No matter our ethnicity, social status, ideologies, beliefs, or any other characteristics we may have, we are All part of One Family.
This is not merely a fact surrounding our Identity, but a Critical Biological Function concerning the way that Humans Operate Globally.
Many believe that material resources, or that political powers govern this world. The truth is that Earth, our Ecos is solely Governed by the Families of all living beings.
Humane Standards
The Humane Standards are founded on the Human factors, these are the psychological and physiological principles that drive Ethical and therefore Humane Science and Design forward.
As a system of meta-Governance and hence a Language, they can be adopted by numerous disciplines and their respective phenomenological models — as a common way for better and Humane Communication.
Anthropology, Physiology, Sociology, Psychology, Theology, Engineering, Biomechanics, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Bionics, Quantum Computing, Interaction Design, Experience Design and Information Architecture are fully compliant with Humane Economy and the Humane Standards.
In research, the humane standards employ the scientific method to study human behavior. In essence, it is the study of designing with Humane Measures.
The Humane Standards define a deeper and more advanced level of analysis into the structure of our essential nature as humans.
The Humane Standards are used as a Reference in this book, and further on, it is advised to study them through their Practical Guides and Stencils. Although it is not required to read the book of the Practical Guides aforehand, it can surely help you get a clear understanding on how to read the Measures which are attached in the form of Tables throughout this book.
These Matrices show the bonds between the Measurements of what the Humane Standards define as “the Absolute Essentials for the cultivation of a Humane Character”.
Imaginary Aggressiveness
All problems surrounding our Social Behaviors, arise from the Fascination and Mental Illness which is called Antagonism.
In Schools, Academic Institutions and then in the majority of Enterprises, Antagonism is being promoted not only as a Foundational Reality, but also as the Golden Grail of Success. This Cruel Behavior which is founded in Fear, promotes Aggressiveness as the means for Efficiency. Antagonism is a Sadistic Attitude, which might bring some results, but is also the cause of Poverty, Wars, Depression, Isolation, Bulling, Anxiety, Suicides, Addiction to Unhealthy Lifestyles and the Destruction of our Planet.
Only to watch most Companies advertise their Products and Services as One of a Kind, as Top on their Fields, but also as Forbes 500, and part of a Made-up Elite, while they all truly make the same things and more or less do nothing different than the rest of us, it makes you understand how Antagonism is a Fascination and not the Reality of what it means to be Human. Still all these people are Our Family, as the poor, the uneducated, the unfortunate, whether seniors or young. In the end, there are no People other than Ourselves, the Humans — who have the Power and the Means to make things right for all of us.
Technology, Policies, Rituals, Protocols, Logic and Motivation are merely complimentary Projections of the Biomechanics and Functionality of the Human Body which is to be supported and acknowledged as our Principal form of Governance. This Achievement of Nature is never born a Criminal, an Addict, a Refugee, or a Poor being. The existence of these behaviors is a Problem surrounding the Distribution of our Attention. This Attention of ours, which is born from our Experience and grows to our Intentions — has been the Center of All Conflict, since the beginning of humanity.
Our Attention is what we only need to help each other and live in Peace — World Peace!
The Individuals and their Families are the ones who should be Fully Empowered and be Supported through Applied Ethics. These kinds of Ethics which are not a matter of Politics, Discussions, or Invented Laws, but of Ethics which are Prescribed by the Essential Nature of our Human Body.
The Truth is that there is No such thing as Innovation other than that which is founded in Mimesis (Replication). New approaches and application of more advanced practices can only Enhance what is already Possible because of the Humane Standards, while Genesis, or Creativity — matures and becomes Practical Only through Inheritance. People who grasp this — find Peace — right here, in this otherwise very Aggressive Environment, and get Liberated by this mental illness which is called Antagonism.
Through Freedom and Peace, we — the People Rise to the Occasion that there are matters that need our utmost Attention, in the Here and Now. We are all Biologically Equipped to Establish Good Governance and Be there for each other.
Social Imaginary

Social Imaginary becomes Humane Design in this publication; which is a form of Self-Governance.
Character Management
Self-Governance, the Source of all other forms of Management is only Possible because of the Design of our own body, and not the fascinations of our Intellect.
Humane Economy, and the Humane Standards propose a Pedagogic Path towards the Maturity of our Character.
Through Remorse over our Mistakes, and Gratitude over our Virtues, we can Focus on what Matters most and sustain Good Governance in all domains of life.
This Power to Support Coexistence here on earth is our greatest accomplishment as Humans, and at the same time an Inherited Responsibility imprinted in our Human Bodies by Design. Humane Sentience and its Orders of Governance are not mere states of Mind and therefore a Conquest of our Intellect, but a State of Being Consciously-Present.
Humane Economy, as an Intuitive form of meta-Governance is actually what already sustains life on this planet. It is based on Bio-Certified Policies and Protocols for Character Management and Family Optimization which can be intuitively studied through the Humane Standards.
That said, my work cannot become a victim to the will of the few. This work which is Revealed to me through Self-Effort is a Genetic Inheritance. The Course of Humane Economy is the Collective Fulfillment of a Primordial Promise imprinted in our DNA. This is the Promise that we, the People, but also all other sentient beings make to our Surrounding Environment. A Promise to Grow and Be Biocompatible with it for the shake of Optimum Presence. In more simple words, no biological organism can even Exist without offering Suitable Assistance to its Environment.
Family Optimization
The power of the family is the greatest and most efficient power on earth. It keeps life thriving for as long as human beings exist.
If we seek powerful mechanisms for entrepreneurship, we should look firstly inside our own lives before we invent answers. Families are like little enterprises; they are mostly social oriented but it depends on the values that each of them makes.
That said, we need to explore more on what the creation of value really is. For some it could be mean the balanced flow of money in combination with happiness, for others it could be the feelings of bliss after helping and servicing others. Some families keep together for love and kindness, some can be strong because of money dependence. If we look further inside them though, all families depend on opening our hearts to those who take care of us. In many cases we see that families not only don’t help with openness, but they limit their emotional communication to the lowest levels, those are the ones lacking direction and awareness on the values and possibilities that each family can provide to us individually and collectively.
If we seek efficiency and success, we should use the wisdom behind nature and the bonds which are created between people. Organizations are like little organisms — associates are like the molecules and the cells who create mechanisms and systems so they can accomplish value. Families following the same strategy create structures capable of generating value.
When families practice love, kindness, care and openness they tend to create the most valuable of all — great ideas coming from great people. If we seek efficiency and success, we could start by learning what wisdom actually is and then make a choice.
Any choice is a matter of perception. We all calculate different values and come to a state of mind where we make a choice of what makes more sense to us as more valuable, that way we generate also truth. When something feels right, we make a choice to understand it and believe in its logic. That mechanism we call logic is a bond between some connections of feelings that we received during our lives. Sometimes those connections have come to us after personal explorations followed by long walks, others come more quickly, outsourced. The system we call culture, a bond between all expressions of the feelings of human beings gather information coming from collective understanding, captured and designed in material objects and mechanisms. That system has only one purpose and direction and that is human evolution.
It would be wise to define here that when we say human evolution, we mean something which contains balanced relationships with all-natural systems. Efficient systems take care of each other. Efficient families do the same. What do you think an organization with the same values could create? Families keep life alive on earth from the beginning of humanity.
It is important to define that a Family might be a formed by at least one parent, and their biological or adopted children. All kinds of Couples can be Good Parents and form a Family. Uncles, Grandparents, and other relatives are also responsible for Parenting from time to time and when the circumstances demand it. Some other times, a Family is a small Community with people who practice the art of Parenting Instinctively. A Company or an Organization is also approached as a Family in a Humane Economy, and definitely any kind of bond that can create a loving environment for people to grow is a Family. In any case, the Humane Standards propose a family of policies capable to empower them and project their mechanisms to our enterprises, so we can experience life thriving.
